I know I know I know!

It's been way to long my peeps and I apologize for not keeping me in your hum drum lives;) Just kiddin, but life has been a bit crazy for me. I don't really appreciate it yo! So I did close on my condo. His name is Chateau Surus aka The Wookie and I will post a pic soon, but here is the Team that made it all possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My broker was MaryAnn Grover of First Choice Reality, my mortgage man was Stuart Brower of Diversified Home Loans, and I worked with Debra Ropeleto of American Secure Title. I just received some breakin' boogaloo news that my counter offer has been accepted and barring a series of unfortunate events I will be the proud owner of 1300 sq feet of pure joy! I'd like to thank the little people who overdraw their accounts every day that pay my salary and made this condo buying experience possible (you do it all for me!) In celebration I raise my 45 cal-no-sugar-added fudge sickle to all of you! I'm movin' to Smithfield!

Yes, it's true I'm touching my face. Well I have nothing new to report, but i did want to touch base and leave you with something that I just can't get enough of. If it wasn't for the warning in my head (aka my papa saying "K avoid the very appearance of evil.) I would have to marry one of these white trash boyz-in-the-hood.
